Tonight, though, we had a quiet evening. Dinner at CPK and the fireworks from
our hotel balcony.

CPK! YUM!! Have you ever had the Red Velvet cake there? SOOOOOOOOOO DELICIOUS!!
I hope you had fun on the water rides at Disneyland yesterday...especially since it was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HOT!!! AHHHHHHH!!
Everything we had at CPK was great -- two pasta dishes and the Thai Chicken Pizza. But, because we had the equally-delicious Avocado Egg Rolls as appetizers, we had to skip the red velvet cake -- and the banana chocolate cake looked good, too! Next time.
Water rides were at a premium in the crazy heat -- we got on Splash Mountain early in the day (and got soaked -- felt great!), but the wait was WAY too long for Grizzly River Rapids.
Instead, we did Tower of Terror and Screamin' a few extra times. If you go fast enough, you don't notice the heat!
Hmm...well then, I hope you were going the speed of light yesterday on the Tower of Terror. I can't believe it broke a record!! CRAZY!!
